All rooms have got: satellite TV with Sky pay-per-view in three languages (until 31/08), radio, private bathroom with shower (only Limone room with bath), electronic safe, linen, courtesy set, hairdryer, mini bar, hot/cold air-conditioning, terrace solarium or garden.
The cleaning is daily. The linen is changed twice a week and on weekends.
Beverages are not included.

Third bed reduction to be applied on bed and breakfast:
adults: -10%
Children:
0-2 years will be required only the amount for the consumption of required goods and services.
3-6 years -30%
7-10 years -25%
Crib: € 10,00 per day
Double room supplement for single use: 30%

The prices shown do not include the daily change of linen, the use of the kitchenette in Limone room and final cleaning of the kitchenette for Limone room, the use and the final cleaning of the kitchenette and common place for the rooms of Casale Fiorito.

Check-in: the rooms are at disposal starting from 15:00
Check-out: we kindly ask our guests to leave rooms within 10:00 a.m. in order to get the same ready and properly cleaned up for the following guests.

Booking:
The rooms will be at your disposal in the selected period, only if the reservation will be followed by a deposit equal to the first two days of board per person.

Cancellation:
Booking cancellations, late arrivals and early departures are always unwelcome, for both parts.
In such circumstances, we will be forced to charge the first 2 days of board booked (holding the deposit paid) in case of notices/cancellations up to 14 days before arrival.
For closer notices/cancellations (14 days) and in case of late arrivals and/or early departure all days booked will be charged.
The unused services, particularly the meals not ate, are not refundable.
By paying the deposit, the general booking conditions and particularly the conditions of cancellation are believed to be understood and legally accepted in full.

in order to meet the requirements of applicable law, when the guests arrive they have to give a valid identity document before occupying the room.

Breakfast and dinner hours:
Breakfast from 08:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Dinner is served at 20:00
